Charming small and peaceful hotel, the best 4 stars experience compared to other options. The location in a domestic area was marvellous and there were shops and a supermarket nearby. Plus, it was about 10 minutes' drive to Plas Brondanw.

The Superior King Room was spacious and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The spa bath was a nice bonus. Everything was really clean, and the decor felt modern. Enjoyed having a tv and coffee machine in the room too. Just wish it had better heating control. It felt a bit cold at times.

A fine location reminiscent of a fairytale with beautiful views and waterfalls at every turn. The spacious room featured a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Dinner was a highlight, particularly the delicious ribeye steak that was well worth the price. The nearby caravan park detracted slightly from the overall ambiance, and I wish there were more privacy between the accommodations. Breakfast had a great selection, but some items ran out too quickly.

great stay but minor room for improvement
The breakfast offered a amazing variety, with numerous gluten-free options that catered to different dietary needs. The room had excellent lighting and included thoughtful extras like a fan and an ironing board. The grounds were fine, with well-maintained landscaped gardens and excellent views of the mountains.
The minor detail was the lack of information about the outdoor pizzeria .

The location is stunning and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming, but there were a few hiccups with breakfast service and room cleanliness that took away from the experience. The cabin was well-appointed, though a bit small for self-catering. Would definitely return with family, considering its charm.

The Cabana Suite provided a beautiful space for our family with its lovely layout and surroundings. We especially appreciated the daily cleaning service, a good surprise.
The amenities could have been better maintained.

Had a fantastic getaway with my friends! We spent time exploring the fine woodland trails and enjoying watersports nearby. The place was cozy with a great restaurant serving amazing food. Just a heads-up, check-in can be a bit tricky without signal, but it's totally worth it!
